Friday Night at Paper Moon: Where Dinner Goes Latin

1 min read

On Fridays, Paper Moon at Port de Plaisance Resort is where dinner and dancing meet. Every Friday, the Bar & Grill turns into a Latin Night, with live music by the Latin Sugar Band.

Come hungry and start early. Paper Moon is all about perfectly grilled dishes with bold flavors, and on Latin Night the chef adds specials to match the mood: the Paper Moon Taco with beef, chicken and shrimp, and the Signature Grilled Burrito with beef and chicken.

Prefer something from the regular menu? Order the Signature Dish: The Mediterranean Sea Bass Fillet, grilled and brushed with herb oil, served with mashed potatoes and grilled vegetables, for a Flavors price of $35. Then, when the band starts, push your chair back and let the rhythm take over. You really don't need to know the steps to join in. Dancing, swaying or tapping your foot under the table all count.

Paper Moon is a proud member of St. Maarten Flavors, the year-round campaign that puts the island's best restaurants in the spotlight. Flavors is all about showing what makes each restaurant special, and for Paper Moon that is great grilled food, followed by a lively Friday night.

The setting helps, too. Port de Plaisance Resort sits on its own little island in Simpson Bay Lagoon, so you get an island within an island, with marina views and waterfront dining included.

Paper Moon is open daily from 12 PM to 12 AM, so come early for dinner. The live music starts at 8:30 PM.

Call +1 (721) 526-0243 to reserve your table, and feel the rhythm every Friday at Paper Moon.
