Chicken Meatballs: Our Chicken Meatballs are a new Balls & Wine creation, specially introduced for St. Maarten Flavors 2026 and intended to become part of our regular menu after the campaign. The dish features five tender chicken meatballs served in homemade tomato sauce, finished with grated parmesan, and accompanied by focaccia. It reflects our style: comforting, flavorful, wine-friendly, and perfect for sharing in a relaxed tapas atmosphere. Flavors price $16
During June, guests ordering the Chicken Meatballs will receive one complimentary glass of Malbec with the dish.
