As part of the festival, the Food Fusion Experience invites you to taste Afro-Caribbean flavors rooted in St. Maarten and the wider Caribbean. Enjoy dishes inspired by African heritage and Caribbean culinary traditions, with ingredients such as plantain, cassava, funji, rice and peas, fritters, soups, grilled meats, fresh fish, sweet treats, and refreshing Caribbean juices.
