Schnitzelhouse

Schnitzelhouse is the culinary embassy of the Austrian empire. They prepare meals that are commonly served in Austria, Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia, Romania and last, but not least, Germany. They take pride in the rich tradition of the meals that are prepared, however Schnitzelhouse also adapts these meals to the significantly different climate and resources of the Caribbean. Not only to make the central European cuisines more appealing to the local crowd, but also out of a pure passion and curiosity.
