Indoor eating in air-conditioned luxury is also a breathtaking choice as our Infinity Restaurant is ringed by large, arched picture windows looking out on the Infinity Pool and the ocean from all perspectives. Whether dining indoors or out, you’ll see the distant outline of St. Barths, the twinkling lights of the slow-moving cruise ships and the sailboats and yachts as they enter and leave Oyster Bay Marina.
Enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner and poolside service daily from 7:30 a.m. until 10 p.m. Our adjacent Infinity Bar is open daily from 9 a.m. until midnight.
