Starting November 1st, this month long event will again present you with signature dishes by many St. Maarten restaurants. Restaurants and bars offer a selected signature dish or cocktail combination for $17.50 (one course), $49 (three course meal) or $69 (three course meal).
A full island menu of signature dishes and a map of restaurant locations can be found under the tab “our island menu”.
Restaurants can now sign up for 'Culinary Month' at restaurants "Join as a bar/restaurant now” tab.
During the full St. Maarten Flavors Month of November, St. Maarten restaurants and bars offer a selected signature dish or cocktail combination for a fixed price of either $69, $49 (three course meal) or $17.50.

(Many restaurants also offer a vegetarian alternative)
In addition, a variety of activities alongside the dishes and a fundraiser auction of hotel weeks, activities and retail products can be found on the website.
